Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai has publicly praised centre-back Jeremy Jacquet after the team secured a 2-1 comeback victory against Brentford in the Premier League. The match marked Liverpool's return to winning ways at home, with the Merseyside giants overcoming an early deficit thanks largely to defensive resilience and late goals.
Szoboszlai highlighted Jacquet's exceptional performance during the game, noting that he won 10 duels compared to his opponent in Brentford's defense. The midfielder emphasized Jacquet's importance to the squad, describing him as "undroppable" following this display of leadership and physical dominance on the pitch.
This positive feedback underscores the strong relationship between teammates and reinforces confidence in Jacquet's role within Liverpool's backline ahead of their next fixtures. Fans are likely to discuss whether such consistent performances will continue to define his impact for the club throughout the season.
